Frequently Asked Questions
When accessing your Total Rewards Statement off the Prisma Health network you will be asked to log in using your network ID and password (the same ID and password you use to log in to your computer) and verify your account through PingID.
You have the option to verify your account through the PingID app, SMS (text) or a voice call.
To verify your account through the PingID app:
- Enter your prismahealth.org email address.
- Click the ‘Get Download Link’ button and a link will be sent to download PingID or simply download the PingID app from the Google Play or iTunes store.
- Enter the 6-digit code you received in the pop-up.
To verify your account using SMS or a voice call:
- Click the ‘I want to use a different authentication method’ link.
- Select to receive passcodes via SMS (text) or voice calls in the pop-up and enter your phone number.
- Enter the 6-digit code you received in the pop-up.

You can also click on the Service Request link on Connect (top right hand corner) then select the 'ITS Support tile' to initiate a ticket or chat with a Service Center Technician.
